Edinburgh West Side Hostel

West Side had a great location, giving us easy access to explore without paying for parking. The hostel was cheap and clean, with 24h kitchen access and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and not overcrowded, with modern bathrooms. It was always warm and had hot water. The 15-minute bus ride to the city center was convenient, with a bus stop right outside. We would definitely stay here again if we visit.

The location of this place was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. Plus, the beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. And the free lockers and towels were a nice added bonus.

The facilities at West Side Hostel were well-maintained and neat. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hostel was conveniently located near Haymarket Train Station, with easy access to public transportation.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the West Side Hostel in Edinburgh. As a tourist, I was looking for a clean and convenient place to stay for a few days. The communal kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the owner's presence on-site was a great help, offering friendly assistance with any questions or concerns. The location was convenient, with the number 3 bus stopping right outside the hostel. I had a lovely experience and would definitely book again if I'm ever in the area.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was outside of the city center. The small kitchen in the hotel was a nice addition.

The noise from the pub below the hotel was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also subpar, with dust and dirt everywhere.

loved my stay in edinburgh! west side blew away my expectations of a hostel experience. clean, cozy, and welcoming with friendly staff. the dorm room had comfy beds and a bonus ensuite bathroom. plenty of plugs and usb ports for all devices. would definitely stay again!
